Be Part of Our Festivals
Stallholders are an important part of our festivals. Each year the Harmony Festival and the Festival of Lights attract thousands of visitors to Stow Gardens. Food vendors, craft stalls, community displays, and hobby groups all help create the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that makes these events special.
Harmony Festival
Saturday 14 March 2026
3.00 pm - 7.00 pm
Space Details
- Commercial: $60 (3m x 3m) | $120 (6m x 3m)
- Community, hobby, or information: $40 (3m x 3m) | $60 (6m x 3m)
- Power: calculated per amp required
Requirements
- Public liability insurance (copy required)
- Council food permits for food stalls
- Own marquee, tables, chairs, and equipment
- Attendance at a compulsory stallholder briefing (Zoom or in-person)
- Environmentally friendly packaging encouraged
- Event is drug, alcohol, and smoke free
Applications will be open 2 months before the festival.
Festival of Lights
Saturday 7 November 2026
4.00 pm – 8.30 pm
Space Details
- Commercial: $60 (3m x 3m) | $120 (6m x 3m)
- Community, hobby, or information: $40 (3m x 3m) | $60 (6m x 3m)
- Power: With the change of venue, please note there is no onsite power supply. We kindly ask that all vendors supply their own power where possible.
